This List is designed to be a representation of the beers we carry & is updated regularly, but I don’t spend 24/7 in front of the computer updating it, as such it was somewhat accurate at time of updating, and less so with each passing minute (in other words – Chill out & relax).

Collaborative Beer made with the Monks of the Abbey of Clairvaux in Vina, CA (a few miles north of Sierra Nevada's hometown of Chico, CA) to benefit the reconstruction of a Spanish Chapter house that dates back to 1190. The structure was dismantled in the 1930's & the monastery acquired it in 1994.
