CBC/WBC Schedule of Events

Hey All,

We’ve been working super hard to put together some outrageous things for the Craft Brewer’s Conference and World Beer Cup. Beers will be on tap from here in Colorado as well as across the US, and including some tasty treats from Switzerland, England, Norway, Italy and Belgium just to name a few. The full list of beers won’t be made available until the tapping, when we will have lists of all 30 beers including abv and description (if we’ve been able to get one) and the number of the tap that beer will be on. We ask that you order those specialty beers by number, not name, as the bartenders have 30 different beers each night to keep track of. In addition to these 30 changing beers each night, we’ll also have another 60 taps of our regular line up pouring So far, here’s the plan:

Tuesday April 8 1pm:

Book sale/signing for Italy Beer Country the Story of Italian Craft Beer by Brian Jansing & Paul Vismara (two of our bartenders)

Italian Beers including Toccalmatto’s Tipo Pils, Zona Cesarini, and Salty Angel Gose, PLUS Super Baladin, LoverBeer Madamin

Wednesday April 9 6 pm:

30 different Saisons, including Boulevard, Crooked Stave, Firestone Walker, Jandrain Jandnouille, Jolly Pumpkin, Nogne, Perennial, Prairie, Off Color, Victory, Stillwater, River North, Sierra Nevada and Ilkney.

Thursday, April 10 6 pm:

30 different Barrel Aged beers including Anchor, Anderson Valley, Boulevard, Dogfish Head, Elevation, De Struise, Full Sail, Funkwerks, Green Flash, Lagunitas, Lost Abbey, Port, Odell,  Mikkeller, North Coast, River North, Rogue, Sierra Nevada, Stone and Victory.

Friday, April 11 6 pm:

30 different Sours including Allagash, Boulevard, Bruery, Cantillon, Elysian, Firestone Walker, Gueuze Tilquin, Lost Abbey, New Belgium, Odell, Russian River, Siren and Trois Dames.

We’ll start releasing some of the individual names of the beers over the next couple of days as the last of the beers arrive.

Night of the Sours

Title: Night of the Sours
Location: Falling Rock Tap House

Tonight we will have approximately 30 sours on tap from different brewers around the world. Check with your server for a list: they are in order giving you the brewery, beer, a short description and the ABV. ORDER BY NUMBER!! (It’s like paint by numbers, but more fun because its beer.)
Start Time: 17:30
Date: 2014-04-11
