As a Special Treat, 2 of Full Sail’s Key people,  Irene Firmat (Founder & CEO) & Jamie Emmerson (Executive Brewmaster) will be on hand to hang out and answer questions.

We’re celebrating American Craft Beer Week here at Falling Rock by devoting a night not just to an individual craft brewery but to a style. This way we get far more breweries involved and have a lot of fun with fans of each style (we’ve chosen Hops, Sours and Barrel-aged).

Tonight we kick it off at 5:30 pm with Night of the Hops!! 30 Different Breweries are represented with 45 different beers. Some are special just for tonight, others are from our regular lineup. The last kegs just arrived so here’s the list!

We’re working hard on gathering the beers for the Inaugural Colorado Craft Beer Week Kickoff Event here at the Falling Rock. The Event Benefits the Colorado Brewers Guild so we’ll be turning over our taps to the State of Colorado for a Night. We will close at 5pm on Monday, March 18th & switch out all of our taps in order to re-open to the ticketed public at 7pm.  We have 43 breweries & 79 beers confirmed. Monday, March 18th – Kickoff Event

We are still working on the lineup for this event but the tap wall will be taken over (for the first time ever) by Colorado Breweries. This is a ticketed event as each of the kegs is a 5 gallon pin from our Colorado brewers, but Chris has this link for you to follow to get your tickets which go on sale SATURDAY MARCH 2 at 10am:

Friday, March 22nd – Night of the Sours!!

Instead of devoting a night to one of these fine breweries we thought we would put together an amazing night of intense sour beers. Some are overly sour, some simply delightful and a few a bit tangy. Totally worth it for any Sour-head.
