We love the funky and refreshing flavors found in kombucha, and seek to combine them with their counterpoints in sour style ales. Sierra Nevada 40th Anniversary Hoppy Ale

Hop-forward beers weren’t popular when we    started brewing in 1980. But we loved them, and we knew that if we were going to open a brewery, we’d better make something distinctive. It’s been 40 years since then, and we’re still brewing what we love. Here’s to following your passion, and to the next 40 years. | 6% abv | Chico, CA |

Pale (Draught)

21st Amendment Blood Orange Brew Free or Die! IPA

Four hop varieties and seven blood  oranges ago, our founders brought forth into this brewery a new beer, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that not all IPAs are created equal. Because sometimes real fruit just makes things even more delicious. Brewed like our original Brew Free! or Die IPA, this beer has an abundance of fresh blood orange puree and a twist of citrusy dry hops. It's refreshingly       different. As Abe would say, “Whatever you are, be a good one.” | 7% abv | San Francisco, CA |

Avery IPA

In the 1700s one crafty brewer discovered that a healthy dose of hops and an increased alcohol content preserved his ales during the long voyage to India (as depicted in our label) to quench the thirst of British troops. Today, we tip our hat to that historic innovation by brewing Colorado’s hoppiest pale ale. Avery IPA demands to be poured into your favorite glass to truly appreciate the citrusy, floral bouquet and the rich, malty finish. | 6.5% ABV | Boulder, Colorado

Avery White Rascal

An authentic Belgian style white ale, this Rascal is unfiltered and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale. | 5.6% ABV | Boulder, Colorado

Bell’s Hopslam Double IPA

Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style. | 10% abv | Kalamazoo, MI

Bell’s Two Hearted IPA

German Pilsner style beer. | 5.1% ABV | Denver, Colorado

Boulevard Tank 7 Farmhouse

Most breweries have at least one piece of equipment that’s just a bit persnickety. Here at Boulevard we have fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar family. Ironically, when our brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish. | 8.5% ABV | Kansas City, Missouri

Chimay Cinq Cents

Chimay Tripel, with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterised by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. | 8.0% ABV | Baileux, Belgium

Comrade Superpower IPA

Our flagship India Pale Ale with loads of Pacific Northwest hops. Huge pine and grapefruit hop aroma with flavors of citrus, balanced bitterness with a light malt character. Pours a brilliant gold with a dense white head. Fear the power. | 7.3% ABV | Denver, Colorado

Dogfish Head American Beauty Hazy Ripple IPA

It’s been a long strange trip, and we’re not about to stop now. After six years and four releases of American Beauty, we’re back with an encore … only this time you haven’t heard the melody. Together with the Grateful Dead, we’re proud to introduce our latest collaborative iteration – American Beauty Hazy Ripple IPA. Inspired by the Grateful Dead’s beloved “American Beauty” album, American Beauty Hazy Ripple IPA is an unfiltered India Pale Ale brewed with spelt – an ancient heirloom grain that contributes earthy notes and a natural haze – that’s then dosed with a special yeast variety to accentuate hop aromatics. The result is a psychedelic 7.0% ABV ale that’s bursting with notes of tropical fruit and juicy citrus, while the style callout lovingly references the fan-favorite track “Ripple.” | 7% abv | Milton, DE
